Ros Beattie - Director
Ros is the founder of Company Solutions and a qualified accountant who did her initial training with KPMG. She has held company secretarial and financial positions on both a permanent and interim basis and, in recent years, she has specialised in management consultancy. She has developed a specialism in corporate governance and how this can be applied to a greater or lesser degree in companies of all sizes, in such a way that it adds value to the organisation.

Hugh Simpson - Consultant
Hugh spent twenty years in senior industrial management positions, including ten years with BOC as Director running personnel and production functions. He then joined a niche benefits consultancy, setting up its practice in Leeds and developing a substantial client base, before being invited to set up an Employee Benefits Consultancy in Addleshaw Goddard six years ago and building it up to be a substantial business.

Robert Foster - Consultant
Bob is a respected and knowledgeable health and safety expert. He undertakes both full health and safety audits and gives ad hoc advice on related matters. He is experienced in drafting health and safety policies and implementing them. Bob can provide health and safety training when required.

Tom Harrison - Consultant
Tom can assist a growing company in many ways such as offering advice on handling bad debts and how to restructure for growth. He is a registered Insolvency Practictioner, but much more than the undertaker of the corporate world.
